  1. Complete your meal 2-3 hours before bedtime;
  2. Reduce Caffeine;
  3. Create a pre-sleep ritual (less light, warm bath, reading, quiet music);
  4. Make some exercise during the day;
  5. Choose a good mattress and comfortable pillow;
