Boca do Inferno

Boca do Inferno is a rocky area located on the Guia Coast, west of the town of Cascais. The natural rock formation features a large arch and a small cave that is known for the thundering sound of the waves crashing against the rocks.

The Cascais Marina is a busy place, with sailboats and yachts coming and going throughout the day. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, dine in one of the many restaurants, or take a boat trip to explore the surrounding coastline.

Paredão

The stunning “Paredão” is the perfect place for a beautiful walk. At 2,750 meters, it connects Cascais to Estoril, always close to the beaches.

Cascais Cultural Center

A multidisciplinary space dedicated to the visual arts. It has an auditorium, suitable for hosting conferences, seminars, small music concerts and performances, as well as a cafeteria in the inner courtyard.

Condes de Castor Guimarães Museum

Inside the Marechal Carmona Park, the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum is the oldest museum in the municipality. A remarkable work of romantic architecture, the Tower of S. Sebastião fascinates with its mix of styles and an enveloping mysticism that makes you imagine stories from another era.

Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum

With the exception of the cannonball found in archaeological excavations, the collection of the Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum has been entirely restored and exhibited at the Lighthouse Museum by the Portuguese Navy/Lighthouses Directorate. The exhibition area is divided into two spaces, housed in the former residences of the lighthouse keepers.

Marechal Carmona Park

This park has large lawns, flowerbeds full of herbs and shrubs, many large trees and paths with a touch of romance where Counts and Viscounts once strolled.
Every Saturday it hosts the Cascais Organic Market where, after a nice stroll, you can buy all kinds of organic products.
