Hotel Quinta da Marinha Resort is preparing to start a cicle of cookery workshops with a special dedicated to the confection. Under the guidance of Chef Fernando Monteiro, participants will learn how to prepare this tasty Italian dish created in Milan in 1974 that can be made in various ways and with different ingredients.

In this workshop participants will gain the knowledge necessary to develop a creative cooking knowing at once the little mysteries that make the difference in the preparation of a good Risotto. Chef Fernando Monteiro will monitor this initiative which aims to provide a productive and lively morning in terms of learning and socialize. Participants may bring a guest who for a nominal price will have the opportunity to taste the confections at the workshop in a nice "team" lunch.
